This ravine is located in the town of Legal, AB. Having lived in the area for over 30 years, I had not taken the pathway once. Seeking new subject matter I decided to take a walk. It was a calm, late fall day, with leaves on the pathway and barely a breeze. So peaceful. I snapped about 70 photos.
Painted with acrylic on a wood surface. 24 x 36. Rather than the usual black, I finished the outside border with a metallic umber. Topped off with a thick clear gloss finish.
