I Dream in Color

Every year, I look forward to the canola fields in Alberta. There is something so dreamy and special about the yellow fields that are scattered, like patchwork, all over the county.
This painting was done with vinyl paint, something I have never used before. It is creamy and Matte. Adding the glass beads gel to the field, and some of the sky was a last-minute decision.  The texture is eye-catching.
